About Vinny & The Colonel

Out of their element in more ways than one, ignorant, foul-mouthed fish Vinny Gill and Colonel Peppersnacks are overconfident best friends who leave the ocean behind for adventures in the big city. The ghetto-dwelling fish would like to become rap stars, but those aspirations are subverted time and again by their penchant for getting into bizarre situations and awkwardly stumbling through each one.
