Broadway's Biggest Night is nearly here! 

Sure to be chock full of stunning performances, moving acceptance speeches, and a celebration of every facet of theater, you won't want to miss the 72nd Annual Tony Awards®!

What you need to know
The 72nd Annual Tony Awards, which honors Broadway's most riveting shows, performers, and behind-the-scenes talent, will be hosted by Tony Award nominees Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban and will broadcast live from the historic Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, June 10 at 8/7c on CBS and CBS All Access.



The nominees
The complete list of nominees for the 72nd Annual Tony Awards is a who's-who of theater. 

This year, Mean Girls and SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical lead the pack with 12 nominations each, including Best Musical. 

The Band's Visit, and the revivals of Carousel and Angels in America are close behind with 11, followed by Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and the revival of My Fair Lady with 10.

Performances by Broadway's biggest stars
Not only will it be a night of big winners, but the 72nd Annual Tony Awards will also feature an array of show-stopping performances from this year's biggest musicals.

Expect to see performances from the casts of:

- The Band's Visit
- Carousel
- Frozen
- Mean Girls
- My Fair Lady
- Once On This Island
- SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical
- SUMMER: The Donna Summer Musical

...as well as a special performance from last year's Tony Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen.

And that's not all—music icon Bruce Springsteen will make a rare television appearance, performing live on the show, and will receive a Special Tony Award for his ongoing engagement, Springsteen on Broadway, a once-in-a lifetime theater-going experience for the Broadway stage.
